The National Honey Board is bringing its popular Honey Spirits Summit online, offering distilleries around the United States the opportunity to learn more about distilling with honey.

The 3 hour virtual summit will cover the story of honey from the bee to your distillery and how honey can be used as a back sweetener or distillate.

As part of the Virtual Honey Spirits Summit, participating distillers will receive a Honey Box in the mail containing samples of honey and some of our favorite honey spirits, which will be tasted during the virtual event.

This is a free event, and we are limiting participation to 15 distillers/distilleries so we can dedicate plenty of time to answering questions and tasting some of our favorite honeys from around the world.
