In August, the National Honey Board goes to St. Louis, Missouri, for its second Honey Beer Summit of the year. Working with Urban Chestnut Brewing, Perennial Artisan Ales and Side Project Brewing, brewers will learn how honey offers a variety of functional and flavor benefits when used in beer.

Honey Spirits Summit

In the fall, we will join with distillers in Louisville, Kentucky, for our Honey Spirits Summit. Distillers will have the opportunity to maximize their time learning about honey and collaborating with their fellow distillers in learning about distilling with honey at Moonshine University.
