The National Honey Board’s Honey Spirits Summit is an exclusive, all expenses paid event that gathers a small group of the most innovative craft distillers in the industry for an intensive seminar on honey, an all-natural sweetener that offers a variety of functional and flavor benefits when used in spirits.

Bench Time and Demos

The National Honey Board has conducted independent research on how honey impacts distilled spirits, from a production, flavor and aroma perspective. This research will be presented, complete with sensory panel analysis and tastings.

Honey and Honey Spirits Tastings

Did you know there are more than 300 varietals of honey, each with a unique flavor, aroma and color? Although we won’t taste all 300, we’ll sample honeys from around the world, as well as some of our favorite made with honey spirits.

Networking

Spend two days with 20 of the best distillers in the United States. Share ideas and your spirits and ideas for future new products.

Apiary Visit

The sound of 60,000+ bees working is something you’ll never forget. Our attendees suit up and visit an apiary, where they are given an up-close and personal peek inside an active hive.
