The National Honey Board’s Honey Summits are exclusive, all expenses paid events that gathers groups of the most innovative bakers, brewers and distillers in their industry for intensive seminars on honey, an all-natural sweetener that offers a variety of functional and flavor benefits when used in breads, beer and spirits.

Honey Beer Summit – Austin

We hosted our first Honey Summit of the year in Austin, Texas, in May. We partnered with Jester King Brewery, Blue Owl Brewing and Zilker Brewing for this event.

Honey Baking Summit

In June, we went to Providence, Rhode Island, for our 7th annual Honey Baking Summit. Bread bakers and pastry chefs shared their idea and worked together on developing exceptional made with honey products.

Honey Beer Summit – St. Louis

The National Honey Board is preparing for its second Honey Beer Summit of the year in St. Louis, Missouri. Working with Urban Chestnut Brewing, Perennial Artisan Ales, Earthbound Beer and Side Project Brewing, brewers will learn how honey offers a variety of functional and flavor benefits when used in beer.

Honey Spirits Summit
